Health and Wellness Camp oraganized by SuperSeva

Being healthy is in vogue! Companies are fast adopting measures such as ‘Fruit Friday’, ‘No Lift Day’ to promote health awareness among employees. This not only helps them cut costs on healthcare but also increase work productivity. In sync with our client’s goal to encourage a healthy work environment, SuperSeva organized ‘Health and Wellness Camp’ at several corporate locations. The camps were organized as a part of our employee engagement activity.

At the camp, expert doctors educated employees on different health issues one can encounter while at work and tips on prevention by making quick fixes in their lifestyle. The camp was attended by around 100 employees and lasted around one and a half hours.

SuperSeva salutes good health and wellbeing because only a healthy body and mind can achieve what it intends to. Corporate locations where Health and Wellness camp was held are below:

SuperSeva launches two new concierge desks

We have done it again! We launched two new concierge desks at two RMZ Techparks- Ecospace and Infinity,Bangalore. SuperSeva is committed to provide quality service through its various corporate and individual assistance packages. Keeping up with our steep growth trajectory we forged yet another tie up with the RMZ Group, to offer corporate assistance to the employees. We will now be providing services such as holiday, travel, movie tickets booking, income tax, passport services and many more. All these services will be provided via our concierge desk stationed at RMZ facility.
We believe that a workplace can be far more productive and weekends, far more enjoyable if employees wouldn’t have to worry about the missing deadline of electricity bill payment or booking holiday/movie tickets. We bring that convenience to them!
At the launch, we organized several fun games like the Wheel of Fortune, Mini Golf. All the games were well attended and cheered. Everyone appreciated the break. Below are some snaps of the event

Valentine’s Day bash organized by SuperSeva

Best work environment is where work and party comes together! Valentine’s Day at Logica was the perfect occasion for everyone to gather and celebrate the day of love, complete with heart shaped balloon decorations, fun games and attractive prizes!
On the eve of Valentine’s Day, SuperSeva organized Valentine’s Day bash for Logica employees to appreciate the love around them. The party kicked off with fun MC games, where they were made to play musical chair, except the chair was replaced by heart shaped cut outs. Segments like song dedications were played to ensure everybody chipped in. Also, there were several tattoo artists at the venue who drew tattoos for everyone. A pretty ‘mushy mermaid’ tattoo was a favorite among girls.
The event turnout was good. It got better as the bash progressed. Speaking about the party, “Employees from HR Team at Logica said “We suppose the event went very well and helped us achieve our purpose which was, to give staff an occasion to interact informally and to enable them to have fun whilst exploring how they could improve fun at workplace”.

Cambodians Professors and Students excited by Superseva leadership

Success is sweet and more rewarding when others want to hear it and emulate it. Recently, we had Professors and Students from Vietnam National University and the University of Battambang Cambodia visiting us and interacting with Kumud Sharma, CEO of Superseva. The visitors were duly impressed with the growth of the company and its high value proposition to clients. SuperSeva was started in the year 2000 with a spark of an idea that people can be more productive at work and enjoy their weekends more, if they could do away with their odd jobs. Today, we offer a range of corporate and individual assistance services to 4.5 lakh customers with a presence in 20 cities across the country and employ around 400 people.
In their interaction with Kumud Sharma, the visitors were keen to understand how SuperSeva had pioneered IT- enabled service delivery model in India.

Another area of interest was how technology was used to continuously innovate our extensive product line up and delivery models. The visitors were excited to hear about virtual desk, our service delivery promise, R&R and other offerings.

Professors were very excited with the opportunity of creating a successful business case study that could be used to train women entrepreneurs back home and also for IT enabled services. The interactions were enriching and exciting for the academicians and students left a huge smile on their face to reestablish the communications in future. Glad to see all our hard work being praised and proud to see the academia valuing our experience.

While being an entrepreneur signifies being your own boss, the other side of the story is largely untold. Entrepreneurship is not easy. Our CEO, Kumud Sharma was recently asked to share her experiences on the flip side of being an entrepreneur by Silicon India. She counts not spending enough time with family and friends as one the biggest footfall. She recounts an incident that happened last week when she was invited to participate in extracurricular activities in her children’s school. She managed to make it to the school but her session was soon interrupted by an important business call. The next half an hour was spent on phone and the other half on her laptop.
She however adds that support from her husband and proper planning can make hectic schedules manageable.

Two new concierge desks launched by SuperSeva

SuperSeva forged yet another strong tie-up with Logica, an IT Giant. We have deployed two concierge help-desks, on their Bangalore location to cater various services to the employees. Among others, it will provide assistance for Passport related service, Payment of Utility bills, Holiday planning, Ticketing- Bus, Rail and Air. Today, when time is premium, attending to these tasks might be at the cost of a weekend or a day’s leave. SuperSeva concierge help-desk saves time, effort and money, leaving one with more time on hand to be spent with family and friends.
SuperSeva organized the launch with fun games at the location. Logica employees tried their hands at Mini Golf, Wheel of Fortune, and Balloon shoot. All the games were well attended and cheered. Hair Health Check up Camp organized by SuperSeva

With the busy lifestyle that most of us lead today, we often neglect our personal appearance. Sensing this, SuperSeva combined work and wellness together by organizing hair health check up at several corporate locations. Around 200 employees attended the camp and got their tresses examined. They also had extensive discussions with the doctors to make sure they stay nourished. Doctors present at camp helped in spreading awareness about several hair problems that tends to arise as a consequence of our unhealthy lifestyle. The camp was organized by SuperSeva as a part of their employee engagement activities.

Most of us played this game in college/schools. SuperSeva treated the employees of IBM Daksh with a slice of their student life by organizing the ‘Wheel of Fortune’ as a part their employee engagement activities.
